While in Galway, we stumbled upon the cutest little ice cream shop. Walking around the Latin Quarter, we passed person after person carrying cones that looked soooo delicious! So, when we came across the shop, we both were already pretty certain that we’d be going in. Outside, one of their employees stood in an apron and tweed hat, handing out samples of their Dingle Sea Salt flavor. Once we tried it, we were hooked.
