On one of our latest weekend trips, Sean and I took a drive to Virginia and spent a day at the beach. Being from California, I had never visited the Atlantic Ocean before, so it was a really great first experience – for me AND our dog, Raven. We live closer to Pittsburgh in PA, and we decided to drive to Virginia after work on Friday. It took us about 8 hours, but we finally made it to the beach just as the sun was coming up.
